I thought of the Red Queen from Alice in Wonderland when I saw Lady Gaga's outfit during her acceptance speech during the VMAs. Apparently I wasn't the only one that noticed.

Found Objects: Pangolins!!

These little creatures are so cute and interesting I thought I'd do a whole Found Objects post just about them. My friend Emily introduced me to these little guys. Behold the awesome that is the pangolin.

• Poi:These are amazing! I'm thinking of asking for some for Christmas.

• Cookie Puzzles: Basically you make a whole giant cookie sheet cookie the cut out shapes that fit inside. These are such a cool idea. I really want to try to make one.

• Shark Pizza Cutter: I don't know why but I love this little guy.

Music Monday: God Lives Underwater

I'm changing Music Video Monday to just Music Monday because videos keep getting pulled off of YouTube.


This week I've been looking for new music to get into. At the moment I'm really digging God Lives Underwater. They seem to be massively underrated. I'd never heard of them until a few days ago. If you like things like Depeche Mode or Nine Inch Nails you should check them out.
